Will using the 'clear cache' option in GSC too often hurt my SEO?

So, I recently came to know that whenever my team makes some on-page changes in my product pages, instead of submitting them for indexing using Google Search Console, they just go to the 'Removals' tab and submit a request for clearing the cache of the URL from Google search.

Now, though the cache is cleared, there are a few things that I cannot understand.

1. Does clearing the cache make Google re-crawl the page quicker?
1.1 If I only clear the cache and don't submit the page for re-indexing, then does it have any benefit at all?
1.2 If i clear the cache and submit an indexing request as well then will my page be indexed quicker because of the combination of clearing the cache and then submitting an indexing request?

2. If I submit too many of these requests then will it hurt my SEO?
- From what I saw today, my team has submitted some 200+ URLs already for cache removal. If they keep doing it, will it hurt my SEO? If yes, then can someone please explain why?

I will personally not mess with it too much if any at all. I will only clear cache in case we posted something people shouldn't see or we posted some personal information or wrong information like wrong price, wrong picture etc.

Otherwise, just let google update it. If the page has traffic and rankings, google will update/refresh it by themselves pretty fast. No need to do it manually.

Frequently using clear cache option won't harm your seo directly. However, it is helpful if you have made significant changes to your website. But need to consider that frequent clearing of cache won't prompt google to crawl your site more often.
sometimes, slow down your site temporarily.
In addition to that, it's not something that should be done routinely or as part of a regular SEO strategy for recrawl and indexing purpose.

Google answers clearly when to use this tool. When you need to remove sensitive information. Not when you do regular updates.

If you use it incorrectly, your page description may show "No page description available" in search results and it will hurt your CTR

I have never used it and I don't think it's a good idea to use a feature that is not made for that purpose.
