These are just tracking macros supported by Google Ads. You can add them to your tracking template without any additional software.
It's all explained here, and the gclid is added in the account setting.

I want run ads and i want use tracking+cloacking and do same the link i post so what u advice me to use
like good tracker service (i use jci cloacker)

no im fine with cloacking need only like the link i post and what good tracker to use only

If everything you want is in that link you showed, add this as the tracking template at the account level (in the settings):

{lpurl}?keyword={keyword}&campaignid={campaignid}&targetid={targetid}&device={device}&loc_physical={loc_physical_ms}

At the end you can add

&gclid={gclid}

Or just add auto tagging on the account settings.

I never used any trackers (at least not since I used HasOffers quite a while ago). As long as you can capture the GCLID parameter, I can't see the point of having an external tracker.
