ShareASale is not working anymore. Does anyone have similar experience?

My affiliate links from ShareASale are no longer working. It always opens a blank tab window when clicking the links. Does anyone have similar experiences with this provider? Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Have you tried contacting them? Networks have to make changes in their core/platform sometimes and downtimes can not be avoided.

No, didn't contact them. Problem exists for a few months. I will contact them.

My ShareASale links are working properly, both deep (custom) links and data feed links. Maybe another issue on your side... (and disable possible VPN)

OK. I never receive commissions from the affiliate network despite very many clicks (several hundred) per campaign. That can't be the case. This has never happened to me before with an affiliate network. I will not use it in the future.

It seems I am no longer receiving commissions from Shareasale for datafeed links. The links redirect to the correct item on the vendor website, and the clicks are tracked correctly in Shareasale reports... but zero commissions. I tested this by having a friend make purchases from datafeed links on a couple of my websites with different vendors. Clicks tracked correctly on Shareasale but no commissions. I have contacted Shareasale about this, and their response is basically "contact the vendor". Which I did. No response from vendor yet. I'm losing confidence in Shareasale.
