I also wonder how they do, I did similar spam a few months ago but then Twitter somehow fixed it. Now only they are able to spam, as far as I see they don't use directly sexual content. But still there is something with accounts or their spam method because when I share it doesn't get any views. (even if it's not shadowbanned)

The major problem is being shadow banned, I don't know why they will shadow ban mine and theirs stays
