Some questions regarding targeting another Country.

Hey guys,

I've been a silent reader here for some time and have already gathered a lot of information. However, some things still remain unclear to me, so I'd like to ask you a few questions. I'm looking to target a different audience and also want to set up a small mobile phone farm.
I have the following questions:

1. According to most information here, either a SIM card from the respective country OR a proxy from that country (and removing the SIM card beforehand) should suffice. However, many people claim that TikTok can internally detect the proxy. In other words, TikTok can determine whether the "VPN/Proxy" function on the device is activated. What has been your experience with this?
2. Assuming I only use the SIM card method and my local Wi-Fi, to what extent can TikTok associate the Wi-Fi IP with multiple devices? In other words, does TikTok use the IP to detect multiple accounts (on different devices)?
3. If I have a U.S. SIM card (as an example) but use a mobile data connection (instead of regular router Wi-Fi) outside the U.S. to establish a connection with TikTok, could I run into any issues?
4. Do the SIM cards have to be activated? I know this question is frequently asked, but there always seem to be varying answers.
5. What documents does TikTok require for verification (for the Creator Beta fund)? Is uploading an ID sufficient, or is a selfie also required? Does TikTok use a third-party service that performs real-time verifications, such as asking you to move your head back and forth during the verification process, or can you simply upload the required documents?

They can detect crappy quality proxies, you can use ipqualityscore to check the IP quality.

does TikTok use the IP to detect multiple accounts

You can do up to 5 accounts just fine but if you start spamming and one of them gets banned the rest will follow with a complete ban or shadowban.

Yeah, I figured as much about the quality of proxies. I haven't delved deeply into proxies myself, but I've looked at several websites that offer them. I have to say, 4G proxies are darn expensive. $100-150 for unlimited bandwidth, and the per-GB prices are ridiculous. However, I noticed that some providers have 'rotation' options.

Does it make sense to use rotating IPs as a proxy for TikTok across different Android devices? Here's what I'm thinking as an example:

1. Connect Device 1 to the proxy and upload a video. IP X.
2. Deactivate the proxy, activate rotation.
3. Connect Device 2 to the proxy (which now has a different IP due to rotation) and upload a video. IP Y.
4. Deactivate the proxy, activate rotation... and so on.

If I want to access Device 1 again, I'd logically have to activate rotation once more. Could the quick change in IPs trigger a ban? This question isn't about the quality of the proxy, but rather the frequent change of IPs. If, let's say, I upload videos three times a day with Device 1, it would be assigned three different IPs.

You're right that's exactly what I'm doing with my accounts, 4G proxies with unlimited bandwidth and just rotate it whenever you're switching accounts, Just make sure you don't link them them together if you're doing this on the web version.
