In your city, you need to create something like a personal brand. Where you market yourself as an expert on let's say "highschool math" and offer 1 on 1 coaching for let's say $20 for 90 minutes.

Where you either go to their house or they come to yours.

You can create a few short videos on youtube explaining math and that should serve as proof of your knowledge, parents check it out and then hire you to help their kids.
