Can't log in to the WordPress site

Hello BHW fellows, I tried to install a new copy of WordPress for a new site on a Vultr VPS, but for the last 24 hours, I've had an issue that is driving me crazy. Every time that I try to log into my new site, I get an error that the password is incorrect and the email and user were not found. I looked at some videos on youtube on how to solve the issue but so far nothing worked. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

Do you have access to DB? If yes - you can change credentials via MySQL workbench and similar tools.

I tried to modify DB in cyber panel but I haven't found the wp_users file.

It's not a file but table in DB. You have to get into the database then drill down to wp users table and edit user/password/email fields to ones you'd like
