Op you have great ideas, years ago, I frequented those sites using US based residential proxy to play shitty games and surveys. It was good money for thrid world(made about 100$ a month)
I would want to do gpt sites too if I could.
I think you need custom built stuff/ hire webdev for this sort of site.
There is big competition though, gg2u has shitty interface but there are cointiply,freecash etcs that has advaned ui and andoird/ios apps + Automated Payout systems. From what I have seen, they dont seem to use any ready-made stuff.

Well I say you check out stuff like appstation: playtime rewards. They are only phone based and I saw like 22+ clones of it Must be easy to do.
Cause I dont know how much you got to invest, feels like you need many thousands$ to make a competitve site.

I don't mind paying, but I want good, quality service. On the other hand, I am willing to get my hands dirty and do it myself too, just no idea how to start, and can't search any info in this site
Think is just best to hire a full stack dev, show them the site and they should be able to do it.

Apps are the king. Don't waste your time with a website, it takes way too much effort and resources.
Focus your attention on apps, they are way easier to make (you can find source codes) and they're easier to promote.
Most of the users prefer earning from an app rather than sitting on pc for hours.

Actually I was working for an earning app some time ago. I didn't have the funds to publish and promote the app but I got the build and the promoting idea.
Envato Market is the best place where to buy this kinds of projects but you can always find a "free" alternative with enough work

This is the project I've been working on. The app was quite simple, for every action the user would be forced to view an add.
At that time, I did the math and set the rewards in such a way that users would make me ~2$ for every 1$ they would withdraw.
The app had everything, from watching video to playing games. Also, the rewards were quite interesting (obviously, they were made in such a way so withdrawing 1$ seems harder than withdrawing 2$ - everything is psihology).
Well i never used gg2u and just checked their home page now but from what i saw i don't think replicating their website is hard i think the thing that's going to be trouble is finding surveys and games to offer your traffic. Yes there is other sites that have this and lets you whitelabel but its harder to offer unique games and traffic.
I maybe wrong never entered this type of business before
as for finding offers, I will just contact whatever offers they have on the site. However, I really have no clue where to start on making the site or app itself. I tried fiverr and they are pretty useless to be honest....

It depends on what kind of surveys you're looking for. If you want the surveys you always see in android apps, that's just a few clicks worth of effort. If you want you own surveys, paid by real companies who are doing market research, there's way more to do.
Well i think you can do it yourself it will just take a really long time because you will have to learn a lot and implement it. If you are 100% drive to make this happen and have money to invest just go to upwork and find a good developer to build the website for you.
I do think your underestimating the work, time and money your going to spend in getting the surveys and games if you do it the way your saying.
From what i took from their site and if they were the earliest in the market like other members mentioned they probably have aquired unique games and surveys from building relationships with companies. Don't think a company is going to do business with you if your a new "startup" you have to at least have some proof of concept or traffic for them to even respond to you.
That is just my honest opinion.

Plus OP wants to build a "quality" service if is going to use the surveys available to everyone it's not quality but just another clone out of thousands. Users arent that stupid especially ones that know this type of industries

Websites with this kind of surveys make money from partnerships with companies. It's hard to enter that space, you need a strong name in the industry, a strong team to setup everything, a deep pocket and maybe some luck. Obv, if you manage to get a contract from Coca Cola let's say, you're set for life. (well, at least for a month).
