I don't want to make this seem like spam, but this is my second AI-based post, and I feel that it doesn't fit with the other topic I previously submitted.
Regardless, I'm seeking for an AI that can produce cartoons in the following design:

Do you believe any AI is capable of performing this?
It could make my job easier, thus I would pay for it.

There is no such a tool right now. But it will pop up in the nearest future.

This to does not exist right now. Maybe in the future we will be able to make cartoons only by using prompts.
