1) create fiverr account(s)
2) search
Guest post
Or
Casino guest post
Weight loss guest post, whatever database you want to build
3) contact the top sellers, sellers with reviews.
4) they will reply/auto replay with a doc file of list of sites they are selling guest post to.
5) Download all the doc files.
6) Filter the sites according to your need (use semrush/moz group buy)
7) contact sites directly for price.
You will have a database as per your needs.

Bonus tip:
Lot of these sellers are using profile feature and posting their past work as guest posts links. Get more site from there.

inurl:guest-post
inurl:write-for-us
inurl:contribute-to-our-blog
etc

along with a keyword or two if you need specific niches.

There are two ways to use these lists:
1) Use them as a source for quick, possibly cheap guest posts to get your RD count up.
or
2) Blacklist all the domains you find from your guest post hunts, as they're likely to be saturated, and in the case of the Google method, are actively advertising that they accept guest posts for money.
