Idk if its ok to ask this question in a programming category but I couldnt find anything closer. :anyway:
Is it possible to use OpenBSD but keep macOS as a main OS and maybe even have WIndows installed, so I could switch between macOS-Windows-OpenBSD?

Hi. Check out virtualization products like Oracle VM Virtualbox. You can pretty much run any OS you want inside your machine without having to dual boot.

Was wondering why he didnt consider such a route . Would be kind if someone came along and posted some stable repo's to get along.

cause I am not proficient

Probably not natively, not atleast with apple silicon. The only way this would work is through virtualisation. For windows parallels works fine. For others try virtualbox.

Am I a openbsd user? nopes, but that doesn’t matter.

as others already said, easiest would be to use virtualization via virtualbox or vmware etc
otherwise you could create multiple partitions and install a bootloader like grub.
personally i prefer FreeBSD btw ;) its great for servers.
