Which tool can I use to post pictures and tag people? I am looking for a long time for such a tool and today I decided to ask here.

I already have a list of usernames that I want to tag. But where can I get a tool that does it automatically?

you would need to code a tool, it needs to use meta graph api, you'll also need a business instagram account as well ace facebook login.

you'll need to manage oauth tokens and a decent programmer to do all that for you.
