That's the updated on date. Not the created-on date. The updated on date is the day when they renewed their domain name, not created it. Unfortunately DENIC, the registry for the .de TLD does not disclose the created-on date for their domains.

On the wayback machine, it shows the domain has existed atleast since march of this year.

And its just pure spam with spun content, If you refresh the page you get new content. Have you visited the site? it looks like its just some indexing parasite or part of some PBN. Ahrefs is either way off about the traffic or its just extrapolating based on the backlinks it has.
