A little confused about keywords

Hey blackhatters,

I'm about to create an article marketing campaign for seo purposes, but am confused about keywords.

Lets say I want to create an article focusing on the keyword "real estate investing". Would this article have the chance to rank for keywords such as "real estate investing course" or "real estate investing training" and so on.

Or would it only be able to rank for "real estate investing"?

Is a separate article required for each and every variation of your keyword phrase? IE, one article for "real estate investing" one for "real estate investing course" one for "real estate investing training" etc.

I hope I'm being clear.

Can one article targeting one main keyword rank for variations of the original keyword as in the example above?

You can try putting the keywords in the very first 15 words of every paragraph(one keyword per paragraph), this should help the article rank for the keywords if you do SEO right.

You could use the keywords as the anchor text for your links. You can usually have up to 3 links in an article so that will cover your 3 keyword phrases.

You could build backlinks to one article with variations of the keyword, but you would be better off creating 1 article per keyword if you want to go far.

The KW "real estate investing" is very competitive, so you should go after more long-tail variations to start if you want to see fast results.
