Post somewhat quality content, don't spam like crazy, even AI could do the trick. But there are some 2.0 sites that are kind of fishy and probably owned by some automation software devs, with massively inflated stats to make people think that they are somewhat worthy (which are not). Tell me one 2.0 where you are having issue to stick your content and I may tell you where is the problem.

Depends on platform to platform, honestly, some havent catched up to spamming, some are catching up and some have catched up to spamming. So search latest review about the platform before posting there.
