Hello

i've seen a lot of beatmakers use this type of visuals for their beats and was wondering if it's risky because i'm a beatmaker myself and want to do something similar
basically for their instrumental videos, they take 15 secondes or less of a music video clip and they loop it and add an overlay to it

is there any risks for demonetization or Youtube strikes ?
and is it considered re-used content ?
