we have an error Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0) ... Does anybody know where the problem is?

Hi!
I don't know If I am posting this in the right place, but I believe there are many experienced python programmers here. I am trying to use a python script for auto blogging. I run it on google colab. I tried it on a friend website and it works fine. However, when I try it on my website it gives the following error:
we have an error Expecting value: line 1 column 1 (char 0)

Does anybody know where the problem is?

Please note that I am not a python programmer. I got the script from BHW and I am trying to use it.

It means theJson response is what is being expected.

So if the response was to be a status: success

And it got erro: insufficient balance


And the developer did not handle Exception properly that’s what you get
