Right??

You look at the Youtube crypto spam ("I made 2k in 5 days. Contact Jennifer on Whatsapp to learn more") and you are like: "This shit has got to evolve at some point". But it seems effective enough as it is lol.

It does convert, that is for sure. Otherwise there wouldn’t be so many trying to do the same on virtually every platform. :p

I would legit love to meet someone who falls for this crap. Would result in a 10 page psychology report lol. I am thinking it is mainly older people who are not familiar with how the internet works. Maybe also people whose English language skills arent the best.

People do fall for this crap on a daily basis. Pathetic.
You gotta appreciate the scale of the bot though. Hundreds of accounts involved. Thousands of ChatGPT-generated comments.

@sscaz Check on your competition here. :D

When I started to work in marketing field I was shocked at least when I seen how many gullible humans are living among us. Before that I was just dismissing all notifications, declining all offers, made jokes about those YT videos , etc. Then colleague of mine showed me company’s stats for webpush. Billions notifications served, huge percentage converted. Go figure

P.S. In my country we have a saying “There will always be some sheep to shear if you have a scissors”

The thing is i don't mind this type of advert if it's not a scam but it is, if they used their brain a bit more they could sell something legal same way for much more cash, for example my strategies at spamming reddit/twitter are 7 dimensions more sophisticated than this scam and i pump 5-10k$ from it without any problems...

Someone is still doing it so it is working.

I think an average internet user is not that IM savvy ;) and wouldn't be able to comprehend all this. Poor guy or gal will fall for this

I am assuming they only look at 2-5% conversions these scammers

Is that account still working? Cuz it s spamming hella hard

Which of them? They use like 200 different ones lol.

That is for the desperate people, the one that will do anything to get money by any, that is when you reach bottom and in desperation, but funny don't get me wrog.
