I don´t think you are going to find a cheaper CDN with performance than Bunny. Cost is like $10 per TB in traffic and like $10 per TB in storage for one region. It is dirt cheap.

can some one explain me what is cdn.

Content delivery network. Sort of host where you upload your files. Those files are furthered replicated to deferent servers in different regions inside CDN network for faster delivery.

Imagine watching a YouTube video in the same time from Tokyo and Paris without any lag. Same video is delivered to Tokyo users from server in Japan while French user watches it from some server located in France
