High fraud index can really mess things up. If you haven't looked into mobile proxies yet, you should. They're generally harder to detect and have lower fraud indices. There is a brand called Proxywave, they have some cool mobile proxy options with Hardware that could be a good fit. Maybe start with a small package and see how it goes.

I just reboot modem and I have another ip address.
