Need domain registrar for e-commerce site to avoid trademark issues

Hello BHW friends.
I am looking for a domain registrar that is off shore and will not be affected by copyright/ trademark rules.

I am not selling anything harmful but
I used to resell skin care products, all legit and authentic, primarily through Facebook page, marketplace and group.
I purchase from USA market and resale outside where the brands have no store or authorize reseller.

But I was recently hit by trademark infringement claims (because I am not an authorized reseller, and they don't want resellers in the region where I resale)

In this circumstances, I want to know if I should better use offshore webhost and domain registrar to avoid these trademark claims.

I plan to buy .xyz domain

Domain may not be an issue, but host will. Check Alexhost for example. There are plenty of them. I'm not sure if you can find any in the hosting marketplace of black hat world, but probably there are some there showing off.

I have already found a host and I believe I have that sorted.
Now the domain name seems crucial to me, cause all the seo, branding etc will be towards the domain name.
So do not want to lose it.

Additionally, I wonder why theose brands actually keep reporting groups/ pages like ours. In our country people do not have access to many international brands. So when our clients want to order something we buy on their behalf (of course from official stores/ authorized retailers) and ship the items overseas to their homes.



And the complaining parties never even bothered to tell us what's wrong. They just report our posts and get accounts suspended whenever there is any trademark in the post.



Can anyone please share some knowledge abut this too?

The brands want to protect their image. They don't know you. They don't know if you're selling fake products, adding harmful ingredients, selling expired products, etc.

If you want to move forward with no headaches, you should probably just make this your service/website. You just make it clear that you're buying on behalf of customers. There are plenty of services that do this in certain countries for customers that want to purchase from Amazon/Ebay where shipping isn't available.
