We've used them for several websites. Unfortunately, we recently lost one of our e-commerce sites. Their responses were quite unprofessional, and after numerous exchanges, they merely claimed that we were scamming people. Frankly, I would advise against using njal.la. We never anticipated receiving such unfounded treatment. We had heard that njal.la's services were questionable, but we truly felt the impact firsthand. We received no warnings or notifications. We lost our domain, and there was nothing we could do about it since they own it and are fully aware of it.
We recommend using a conventional registrar; we have been using Namecheap for some time and have had no issues. However, it also depends on your business.
Hoping this helps
