Well, they told us to be honest about what we had done with our account. We responded truthfully, and they subsequently claimed that we had cheated our customers. However, they provided no evidence to support this. We had a hard time understanding why njal.la is concerned with customer satisfaction. Whether it's true or false, the way they handled and communicated with us was not professional at all. We have many competitors and don’t know if one of them might have reported our site. I guess we will never find out, unfortunately.
im really surpriced from this. If they used to steal domains is serious because we run some projects there and if this happens will be dissaster. So any other suggestion to move the domains and future use?
Really they took your domain and start use it ? In this case we must keep ourselves away but where to move domains that can be more safe. Any good suggestion ?
yes lyra looks like a good option but they keep a lot of personal data and that was the advantage that we will loose now.
Thank you. It helps.We've used them for several websites. Unfortunately, we recently lost one of our e-commerce sites. Their responses were quite unprofessional, and after numerous exchanges, they merely claimed that we were scamming people. Frankly, I would advise against using njal.la. We never anticipated receiving such unfounded treatment. We had heard that njal.la's services were questionable, but we truly felt the impact firsthand. We received no warnings or notifications. We lost our domain, and there was nothing we could do about it since they own it and are fully aware of it.
We recommend using a conventional registrar; we have been using Namecheap for some time and have had no issues. However, it also depends on your business.
