Will Google Remove my App if I bring installs by Threshold Acc?

I am looking into Google threshold account and want to increase App installs. I wanted to know your thoughts if Google will delete or Ban my App for this.

If the app is important why to take a risk.

Besides thresholds are gone IMHO
