Stay away from Adsterra!

At first they freezed my account with $160 after deducting $52 for invalid traffic months back, they claimed my traffic is suspicious which I know is pure,

I contacted them and explained everything, they told me they'll send full payment back to me in 2 months,



Yesterday I noticed they closed the account and I can't access it,

On the other hand I created another account after the incident a month ago, but they closed it yesterday also.

No way to contact them because they're not reply email.

They are full of shit, first account I taught it was my fault but now I know they're scamming their publishers.

They should be removed from BHW

Do anyone knows a better ads network that have good cpm and also banners like adstera please recommend.

Thank you for letting us know. A fellow member of BHW informed me about Adsterra holding revenue and suspending the accounts some months ago, but I chose to use them only through Adspglass because directly using their ads negatively affected the overall user experience with spammy ads.

Regarding the situation mentioned by the OP, if their account suspension is indeed based on accurate grounds, I believe it would be more appropriate for @AdsterraNetwork to release the earnings the individual has accrued. It's important to handle such matters fairly, and withholding earnings while suspending an account might not align with the principles of transparency and fairness.

With this incident, I have decided to stop using Adsterra ...

They told me they're going to send the payment to me In 2 months bur is close to 2months, what they did was to close the account, that's bad and cheating,

Currently, I am using Exoclick for banners, PushPop + Hiltop ads + Exoclick ( for Pop Under).. Pushpop is really good in terms of their revenue and ad quality...

You sure you didn’t buy traffic from shady sources or “self click vpn method ”? I’ve been banned from @AdsterraNetwork back in the day but the reason was I bought traffic from propeller and sent to their direct link. I guess the traffic quality was very poor.
