My word of advice would be to stick exclusively to Russian account generators. All of the English GUI alternatives I've used are pretty ass.

Not a direct recommendation, but you can check around the Want to Buy or Marketplace section. I recommend the Marketplace section, check for seller posts about IG account bots and the locations they offer. Best of luck.

Russian account generators do not sell here,you need to know them or check in other forums.You can also choose to make your own custom bot but it's not so easy to make bulletproof accounts,Russians know what they doing so it's best to use their stuff

There are some Russian bots that can do this but I don't use them and don't know if they work now.
You can hire a developer and get a bot that can create accounts in bulk on mobile phones if possible as mobile phone accounts are much better than the web version of IG.

I have seen people mention IG creator and botmaster work well. Just to make sure it handles cookies and has proxy support.
