How much is my GMB worth?

I have one GMB that I am not using anymore. For my new place (not that new anymore), I got a separate GMB that came with the place, and I am not sure what to do with this one as it sits doing nothing. I wrote a post about it on my Linkedin and got a few requests asking for the price, but I have no idea how to price it. I browsed through BHW threads, and it seems that the price varies from a few hundred $ to over $1k.

I am looking to get an idea of the pricing, can anyone suggest it? Is location or reviews mean anything/affect the price? It is a NY, Manhattan verified business (currently closed, but the status of GMB can be changed), and it only has 5-star reviews. Still receiving traffic from search etc.

This is the most important. Consider a CPM for example $15 per mille (I'm estimating here a very high ticket given that it is in downtown Manhattan), then somewhere in between x10-x18

So for example if you get 5K impressions (not clicks, because it's closed you cannot see this) per month x $15 = $75x18 = $1350 would be nice, maybe a little less, I would say $1K would be fine in this case.

I roughly get 1.2k-2k impressions and 200+ interactions per month.

Join a pay per call network and see how much it real money it actually generates. That will give you a better idea as to what to expect based on the MRR.

Joining Pay Per Call and going through the process of collecting calls will take a lot of time.
This is not what I want to do, and I am happy to sell it today.

But 1000+ USD is reasonable as I have seen listings with almost no engagement but couple months old sell for 400-800 USD.

But it all boils down to the niche

Ensure you don't edit the listing now. Changing phone number, website, niche, suddenly will cause a suspension. Unless you are prepared to record a video or receive a post card. Don't edit. Ask the buyer to keep/use it as it is.

You can also port/transfer the number to the buyer, sell it with the website probably plus the effort for additional $$

I am not planning on changing it - it goes 'as-is.' The rest is up to the person who's going to receive it.
