Hey , i tried to post instagram ads in germany regarding a page that is selling forecasts/signals of sport event. we got a legal writing that we are NOT a betting site and that we are just providing information. there are actually a lot of active ads advertising exactly the same like us. what can i do if my ads still get marked as advertising gambling? how can i copy ads of my competition ? thank you in adnvance!

The other accounts doing ads may eventually get caught and their ads will be banned, but those who are successfully doing it are using high quality ad accounts and good trustscore and ad spent.

is there a way to measure the quality of an ad account?
Does instagram crawl landingpage and instagram page?
it just seems really random, as we had a different account running ads succesfuly but not using a website as landinpage but using the category that linked to instagram. Maybe its the way instagram is crawling the landingpage? Does have anyone another idea?

one ad is running now. we had contact to a business with similiar targeting audience and they showed us what to do. thats why we assume it had nothing to do with account quality.

1. No. There isn't a sure-shot way to check an ad account's strength/quality. The main indicators are payment history and verification.
2. Yes, IG/FB crawls the landing page before approving the ads.
3. Your copy or creative might be triggering the rejection. You need to understand that initial reviews are automated. There are lots of false positives which might lead to ad rejection. Step 1 is to request a review for the ad if it was rejected (if the ad account is not disabled). Secondaly, try starting off with a 'safe' ad. Keep the copy and creative discrete. As your account gains some payment history, slowly increase the aggressiveness of the ads.
