1 year ago I got a message I am get permanent banned from Paypal. I has 4576$ on my Paypal. I think I got my balance in 180 day's later. But when I am login my Paypal after 4 months I see my Paypal balanace is zero 0.00$ I am suprised and see paypal take it his own wallet. After that case I am awaya from Paypal and using wise any kind of headec.

The same thing happened to me as to you. After waiting 180 days, I consulted my account and I had the very unpleasant surprise to see that my account was at zero and to find that Paypal had emptied my account. I've called them several times to protest, but there's nothing they can do. And yet my business complied with their TOS, I was offering online courses related to finance (so there were no items to send, with all the risks that entails). I don't understand their decision. These guys are thieves.

I totally agree with you plus i might add incompetent as i had an experience with incompetency part, any thing but paypal

Title was tricky to look into thread but it's really outdated . All are basic steps these days.

Basic steps? But do they still work, especially that part where the post said we could use a freelancing website to pull out money from a limited PayPal
