yesterday, i rebranded an old tiktok account with a few hundred followers to a new niche and every since posting my first tiktok, all of my tiktoks have been hitting the FYP in less than 2 minutes, some under 1 minute.

I’ve posted 23 tiktoks in the past 24 hours, and every single one of them have hit the FYP. i figured i would get shadowbanned for “spam“ but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

around 60k views total between all of the tiktoks, growing by the second.

anyone else ever experience this?

i made this account back in March, and used it for a few months with little growth, left it alone for two months and then rebranded it.

Yep, I've experienced something in the past few days with an old account. Completely changed the style of content and it has been doing amazing (5k up to 30k per video) whereas before I struggled to hit 500 views. Strange

It’s actually pretty wild, im already at a few million views and it’s only been 3 days.

I observed the same with carousel posts. Even on a brand new account, when a carousel post is made, it quickly gains visibility on the FYP.

I think they actually push you more if you don't post for a while.

I've noticed something similar as well.

What do you mean by rebranding? Change profile pic? Delete videos? Or change Niche?
Can you please elaborate on it? Thanks

It seems to me that popularity in TikTok is random or depends on trends. The algorithms are still not clear to many. :alien:
