I get over 15k visitors per month while monetizing with Ezoic ads and I use Namecheap "shared hosting" but my website is usually slow.

Should I switch to Namecheap "VPS" or "WordPress hosting" ?

Or another hosting service like hostinger or Cloudways which might be compatible with Ezoic?

Indeed. We used to manage a new website but it was quick situation so without many thinking we bought wp hosting and domain on namecheap. Website is simple several page presentation in wp but in the past I got much better results on VPS.
Any vps hoster like vultr, time2vps, aruba cloud or digital ocean (recommended) will give your website speed. Something like 2 core cpu and 4gb ram can do job, but of course more the better. You just need to install wp manually.

With that number if visitors i would stay away from shared hosting especially since page load speed is quite an important factor for loading ads and all.
Do you recommend WordPress hosting or VPS hosting?

Vultr High Frequency servers are fast if you plan to switch to a VPS give it a try you won't be disappointed.

That depends on what plan you're using. For 15k visitors per month stellar business would be more than enough. If you're anticipating the traffic to increase get a server from vultr or digital ocean.
Also, it's not just hosting, your website needs to be optimized to load fast. Read up on that a bit.

Shared hosting with Namecheap can vary a lot, that's becuase it's shared (and the cheapest) hosting. I didn't have problems with it, but I am not looking for a big traffic with it. I also have EasyWP and I am pleased with it.

I'm also using EasyWP. But I can't change the php version

It use to be 6 months back, Customer complaining about it. So I guess nothing changed. Use a shared hosting with little server response time as possible, Cloud flare and wp -rocket.
Managed vps is also a good option.

I've had a positive experience with Namecheap hosting. Their services are reliable, and the customer support is excellent. The pricing is competitive, and the user interface is user-friendly. Overall, I would recommend Namecheap for hosting needs.

I also used namecheap and there is no problem that i got from their hosting .

I test namecheap their stellar business plan, 8 plugins on it no cache plugin and standard hestia theme.

Then load it up in google page speed...
Web viral score= 65 how could that be one 2hb+ 2cpu hosting?

Install the litespeed cache + neve theme, now score is at 93 Desktop and 95 mobile ..site loads good in around 2,5 seconds...

It looks like in code vitals you see css and ja, Image etc,etc...it looks like it's wordpress who loads slow without cache not the hosting Server.
