It might come for those getting paid by their revenue sharing programs. If they implement for all, it will be death of the platform.

The idea is on some level fun, invite only but in a wider scale it's like a Facebook Private Group - exclusivity without incentives.
If you had direct contacta with billionaires and it's invite only then it's definitely different but now it's bored Twitter users on a private FB page.
Just a thought anyway

This is hard to believe. It can be implemented in some other way like if some user is found to do spam, he might be asked to submit identity documents.

All these platforms have more than 70% bots on total number. If they remove all these, they will have to explain a lot of things to their investors.
