Any trick to increase my viewer to subscribe rate?

I started a channel in the celebrity niche 2 months ago, recently my videos started blowing up. The channel has garnered over 70k+ views in the past week but my subscriber count is growing every slowly. By next week, the channel should reach 4k watch hours and I would like to apply for monetization soon. How do I increase my subscribers to atleast 1k so I could monetize soon.

If you're desperate then buy real subscribers or promote your channel on other platforms or even comments on competitors videos

Views will convert to subscribers when you use content in series. That will encourage them to see future videos.

Ask the viewers to subscribe in the video, but not at the start of the video, but somewhere in the middle. Test out few positions to see what works best for you. Its proven that asking viewers to subscribe increases the chances of them subscribing.

besides patience maybe politely ask, the usual if you like the content and want to support me drop or hit the like button and subscribe and continue with the video 5 or 10 seconds, keep it simple just to remind them that they can get more content, never but never ever do the I can see that 20% of the people tha see my video are subscribers the other 80% no, I hate that , I close the video and choose another one sorry but that is a start and let's see if it works to get a few more subscribers also you can drop a subscriber picture in the corner of the video 1 or 2 times.

Collaborations and shout outs can work.Try to find mini influencers for collaboration on youtube.Share your videos in relevant audience,you can try some facebook groups for this.Hopefully, It will help you gain subscribers.
