Google ranks false information post higher than correct information

As far as I know, if there's a lot of post have the same similar content or false content, Google will considers this as "Oh, this is the one because a lot of website or people talk about it".
I have a post that talk about the truth of the tiny hair on the tyre. First 10 website all said that tiny tyre hair can improve traction, I studied about car's technology about 3 years and never heard of it. So in my post I correct this misinformation, and my post rank on page 2 of google search, like what the hell

I once search for a watch brand and the post I read include watches that didn't even exist, they just made up, and other websites copy it, ranked in top 10. I made a similar post, with more information of that watch brand, include real watches with price, where to buy, all kind of stuff... and at the end the post rank in page 2.

For now I still don't know how Google misjudge Quality contents so bad and they said all day "Quality content is important"

Firstly, same or similar content does not automatically translates to false content. so your first scenario is a bit confusing.

Secondly, that your content is more accurate doesn't automatically gives you the right or access to rank high on Google. Even though Google claims accuracy is what it seeks for, it's not all about that. How does your overall website compares to those other ones ranking.

Finally, a simple question, if 10 websites say exactly the same thing you said which happens to be the accurate thing, how should Google choose who to be number 1?

Ranking is all about topical optimization and site authority.

That's why incorrect facts and informative content has be dominating serps always.

If you know how to rank you can rank with thin/trash/junk content too.

Eventually it's a machine that makes the judgement based on predefined set of data and instructions.

So, it can be manipulated & that's why we have so many updates fron the SE's regularly to counter some of these which they consider worthy to be dealt with.

I said they all have the same "similar false information" at first place... At first I did match the content just shitty as them, and ranked in top 5. But the shitty incorrect information is not my taste. I correct it and get kicked out of top 10.
