I went through the same thing and just refunded the guy to save myself time and hassle. Paypal always sides with the buyer but good luck with it.

I don't know the guy kinda had broken english and stated a bad reason for refund seems like newbie scammer, got his info anyway
My first dispute ever, kinda don't wanna give out money that is mine haha, wdym by staying under the radar btw ?Just make sure to accept the dispute (whenever you're right or not) and make sure to stay under the radar

Oh so you're talking about an ebook, in that case it's gonna be even harder. I really wish you would win this but it's too hard from my experience. Doesn't matter if the guy has broken english, he probably marked your order as "item not as described" right? Same exact thing happened to me, even tho the ebook was 100% like I described and it worked, he just told them that he got scammed. Paypal is not gonna read the ebook to check if it's actually legit. Read other stories on the internet, almost all the time they side with buyers, especially if you sell digital goods.

Every possible screenshot and everything else that would establish the timeline between you and the disputer.
It is pretty easy to delete private chats so be proactive and take every fcking screenshot you could, right now.

Yup an E-Book but he stated really dumb reason hence this, doesn't matters got his mail, ip, and all other info anyway. God watches everything, same as karma.
He wrote that the product doesn't applies for brazilian public but the product is on english so it's kinda dumb

hmmm in that case I would probably refund him. I know that hurts. This is why I would never sell any ebooks here or anywhere else. Methods are subjective. I don’t wanna be in that shit personally.

This is only refund from 100+ buyers I don't care, as i said God sees everything bad will happen to him back sooner or later for being scammer. I will keep up w dispute as i had 100% clean record if they do side w him I'll just maybe disable paypal as payment lolhmmm in that case I would probably refund him. I know that hurts. Nowadays (unfortunately) almost all digital / virtual / non-physical products are considered as scammy, by Paypal, EXCEPT if it is a digital / virtual / non-physical product of a big / well known company.
And it seems like Paypal does not consider digital delivery as a proof of delivery, unless ofcourse it a digital delivery done by a big / well known company.
Paypal is still in the stone ages and (only) considers proof of physical shipment (delivery) ONLY, to be a proof of delivery, unless ofcourse it a digital delivery done by a big / well known company.

If you are selling a digital product, unfortunately, using PayPal can be very difficult.

Paypal sided with me only when i sold something as a company, then i had bunch of proofs, and plus terms of services and such on website. While when it was something person to person, its almost impossible to deal with it. If its a ebook or something like that i'd rather refund him and get it over with asap, disputes can stain your account easily. But goodluck!

gonna f*ck with the clown and see how it goes since it's the first dispute ever and i did bunch of transactions, I don't really care about the 60$ already parted with it . If this time PayPal sides with them i will just disable paypal payments on my products as i already have bunch of other payment methods anyway haha
