I just typed "marijuana clothing" into google and I'm seeing a lot of e-shops ranking (etsy, redbubble, rasta empire), so it would probably be a good idea to set up your own store on ALL of these parasites since it seems to work so well... I don't think that you'll be able to rank your own website without enough authority and traffic, which is why I don't think that focusing on SEO-ing your site at this point is the best option.
But, by capitalizing on these parasites' authority you might be able to get a constant stream of sales which will then allow you to work on building up your site's authority, traffic and sales on the side until you catch google's interest...
And yeah, Pinterest could work, too... that site is full of people interested in weird / fashionable / niche stuff (at least it used to be like this in 2019 when I cared about it, I'm not sure what it's like nowadays), but you'll probably have to work your ass off to get any meaningless traffic from Pinterest because these fuckers are google 2.0, they want you to slave your life away creating images and videos all day long just to get a few eyeballs on your stuff and if you're a single person that has to do everything himself / herself (like I was back then) you'll get burnt out within a month or 2.... Much better if you have a few $100 a month to spend on their ads, I think you'd see better success with paid advertising but you'd have to do it for at least 6+ month to see any measurable results...
Also regarding Pinterest, I don't know why I'll say this (and I might be wrong, so don't blindly trust me), but I have a feeling that you might see better success if you register as an individual instead of a business. When I slaved my life away for Pinterest (while being registered as a business) I had to really struggle to meet all of their retarded requirements in order to get traffic, while kids and morons would get 1000s of views on their shitty and useless pins without much effort, I do have a feeling that Pinterest are screwing you over if you're a business to force you into spending money with them (typical capitalist mentality), so be prepared for this... Or, actually, register both a business account and a free account and if you manage to promote the same site from both accounts (I don't think it's possible, though), you'll be able to see for yourself which type of account yields better results...
