Yes. It is around 4% plagiarised, which I mean no matter what you write about, you will have some plagiarism.
For internal links, you can do a simple Google search for plugins to do this for you.

What a good journey. I'm experimenting with ai on 30 websites or more but none of them grow as fast as yours. Definitely following this one
