How to target Meta Ads to Iran

Hello,
I am trying to target ads to Iran country. I tried to target Iraq while selecting the interest of "Iranian Provinces" but it didn't really work out well.
Doest anyone have any idea, or does anyone had their own way to bypass Meta's restriction to that area over there?

You can drop pins and target in Iranian cities.
And you can't go beyond Meta's limit.

Instead of targeting the city, you can target the radius of the area you want to advertise

Yeah, the ads targeting are only as accurate as Meta allows it to be as far as I know. It's more of a broad and sweeping thing. Should be well enough if you can set your target to Iran, have Iran IPs, etc. and it should be alright.

Thank you mate. The problem is to reach Tehran the capital, but it seems like its impossible to bypass Meta's restrictions
