A few months ago, I bought an expired domain with good authority for a hefty price. I was ranking in the top 30 for many keywords just after publishing my content KD for that keyword was more than "50" but suddenly I am out of 100 a few days ago.

Even I am not ranking for KD "10" on that domain and Google is treating that domain as a Brand New Domain. Meanwhile, I am ranking on top for those Keywords on Bing.

Can anyone help me with this? problem?

According to my knowledge it's possible your domain's authority would have been decayed (decreased)
I would suggest you to focus on high-quality, relevant backlinks and consistent, valuable content to regain rankings.

It's possible your domain's authority hasn't fully transitioned; consider optimizing content, building quality backlinks, and monitoring for changes to regain lost rankings.

Producing High Quality Content, i have faced same issue in past as well and tried to do the same on other domain but nothing works

It treats that domain as new domain, this is what i have concluded

Did you build any links to it? Could be Google dance.

Or it could be Google update that caused the SERPS to move around

No links built also, if there is dance it might show an impression in search console
& it's not even showing on top 100

Any update on this Op?
Did you change the permalink structure by any chance?
Nothing fixed

I believe this domain is a sandbox

What I have observed is, that such domains do hold authority

But for example, if keyword has 50K actual user searches, he would show your result with the accurate position you need to belong in "50" user searches, which brings your impression to 50-60

Google is just split testing with such sandbox expired domains

Still figuring a way to get out of it

Thinking to do a 301 or post few more content and then do a PR blast, or wait for few more days

at this time I have 3 question for you.
1. do you change any structare data recently?
2. Do you update any content from homepage?
3. The last question about Google update can be effect or This is just normal Google dancing of rank.

1. No change in structure data recently
2. We don't update content on the homepage, it's a static page that shows recent post
3. It has no connection with Google Update

Just one more question: Is the content you've been publishing related to what was on the website before, or are you writing about completely different topics?

It was a PR Service provider just like PRWeb

And I am posting tech + digital marketing-related content on it and in sitewide I have created a banner get PR services and linked it to a page on my website where i have placed a contact form

I am update the content Gap and take some high quality DR 90+ backlinks for increase my TFand CF then after 1 month I get the postion that i lose before.
Can you share a screenshot of the search console? showing the restoration of impression or rankings?
