Pursuing a parasite strategy but also just trying to get a very large site indexed by uploading the same youtube video for ~3000 city/state keyword combos (links in description).

A competitor has done this recently using the same video clip ~1 min for about 9000 videos.

Wondering what out of the box tools exist now to accomplish this? Or how to best go about this in 2023.

To be clear I want to upload the same 1min youtube video ~3000 times changing only the title, tags, description, and perhaps thumbnail each time (perhaps via a csv).

Thanks for any help on this.

Your problem is YouTube api limits bandwidth contraints on bulk uploads if third party access their API key. You can generate as many keys as you want, just register as a developer towards making or publishing a test app,

And if hypothetically you were to build such a ap using YouTubes api to bulk upload it would be restricted to only you.

There's a GitHub lazy uploadee you can use, but you'll need to do it offline and add your API key credentials as Google has gotten strict on who accesses what.

Google does have a upload bulk feature in their studio version.

As of now there's a android version of it, but use at your own risk in play store.

I see. And if I simply use the Youtube Studio uploader and upload 3000 of the same video with different file names would that be flagged?

I'm starting to think the best route is to do this and have a VA change the title/tags/desc/thumbnail for all of them. Then stagger schedule them all?

YouTube states any account with no phone verification can not upload longer then 15 minutes, theoretically speaking yes you can upload.

But Google's Google, but no means as aggressive as Microsoft

Your best bets creating a dummy account and stealing 50 videos from someone not to specialised in their niche,

Same thumb nails and video same or different name doesn't matter, use same tags and heading, if it gets flagged or you get subs you know your on the right path.

Postpone your project for the time being, you'll have all the time to return to it.

I have the video ready, it's just a 1min clip. Viewership isn't that important to me here it's just the link in description being indexed and a a little juice maybe as well. Plus video ranking by itself in SERPs for the term.

So if I upload the 1min clip 3000x (different file names and meta descs) manually it would be alright since under the 15min max?

Is this last part just about testing the ban? I do have a competitor as an example who seemed to upload all these at the same time (I guess manually). Thanks again.

You have competitors but parasites, you need to leverage risk with rewards.

All platforms have parasites, YouTube, here, you need to experiment what works for you, if you look at some channels you'll notice they have 5000 videos over the span of 2 years, so you'll not get banned but the algorithm will pick it, ans what the algorithm does with spam is anyone's guess.

You should be fine,

I use TubeAssistPro to upload videos automatically. You can refer to this https://superautomationtools.wordpress.com/1084-2/

There are automation softwares that let you plan and upload videos. I have used some just need to look up the names. Will write them here shortly if I am able to find them.

There is thing thing called hootsuite. It allows you to plan and upload videos on a specific date and time you just need to upload the video on there and plan it.

Just bypassed Hootsuite requirements and they are a option, would not recommend tube assist pro, something scammy about that site, but do so at your own risk

Problem with Hootsuite to me is that it still needs to be manually scheduled (unless I'm missing something). May as well have a VA do it in the YT Studio.

Or is there an upload csv of sorts?

Your big problem is you need a phone number to upload more then 15 minutes, solve that first... My previous comments still applies but to be honest your goals to upload a shit load, two things I recall you need to consider the age of the account, and phone number:

Or you'll notice thumb nails are hidden or something sketchy happening meaning even after 6 videos YouTubes parsing your account.(what ever you wish to achieve I'd say you have Atleast 2 months until open AI role out gpt4 moderation filters that would address this)

There's YouTube accounts that have uploaded 5000 videos I could source the channel name for you, but their uploads tend to have stopped, maybe they know something I don't as they just live stream 24/7 on YouTube last I checked.
