What is the benefit of having a follower that has 2 million followers? Does it worth paying someone having 2 million followers to follow me?

How does it work? If I tweet anything, will it appear in the feed of 2M of his/her followers?
It's all about algorithms. If you get a few of those followers, the algorithm will think you must be someone important. So you will get recommended to related people.

I have over 3 million followers - if I follow another account, that account seems to gain around 100-200 a day just because I've followed it - although I don't follow many other accounts.

I do not believe though that because someone with 2 million followers has followed you, the existing algorithm favours you in terms of your own tweets suddenly being shown to others on Twitter, as the above poster suggests. It's just if they don't follow many other people they'll see you in their timeline and may retweet, which is where the obvious benefit comes.

It has no benefit unless they interact with your tweet by Retweet, Like or Reply.

You won't get like a huge boost, but you will get credibility since big accounts are following you means you are legit account, by liking and replaying on their tweets might give you more discoverability since others will start noticing you and that you are being followed by monster accounts, but of course how much money are they asking just for a follow?

Unlocking the Power of Influence: Having a follower with 2 million followers is like tapping into a vast network of potential connections. While paying for such a follower might offer a boost, genuine engagement and meaningful interactions often hold more value in building your own influence.

Why don't you use the main account to grow other accounts this way ?

I don't think it's enough to grow it quickly enough. I'd need to do retweets too, and at this moment in time I'm not sure about the future of Twitter / X so not sure if it's worth the effort.
