I don't have YouTube channels of my own, but some of my clients use videos in their Google Ads campaigns.

I don't understand how a context less number would help you with anything understanding anything.

use discovery ads

When i select video Tab There is only option Instream and skipable ads

but where is put tags on the youtube.
is there any trick?

The thing about facebook ads is, most users are on mobile, and when a user clicks on an a youtube video ad on facebook app it gets redirected to its built in browser (where theres no yt account logged in) and not to the youtube app so viewers wont be able to subscribe to your channel and I doubt viewers will go through the hassle of logging in their gmail accts there just to be able to subscribe. so its extremely ineffective if your goal is to get subs.
