help with growing/advertising on twitter with bots

if i bot myself likes or views on twitter posts or followers on twitter, or other stuff, is the account more likely to get attenetion from actual people? because i am trying to advertise something, if i bot big numbers would it be more likely for real people to see is that how the algorithm works or no?

In the past yes. Nowadays less so.

Remember people are social beings, they like 'interaction', to have their comments 'liked' & 'answered'.
You need to put some vaseline before going deep for their wallet

What about ranking in search and in the replies? If say you buy engagement on a reply u made to an acct would that move it up to the top? And here I mean replying to smaller accounts that don't get thousands of comments
