From my understanding, TikTok can't access your phone number without your permission.
For this reason, you would need to grant it permission; otherwise, any app you download could potentially access your phone number and other private data.
Given this situation, my question is: if this is the scenario, would the only requirement be using a VPN?

I tried to use Bluestacks, but I had issues with registration and login.
It's important to understand that TikTok gathers as much information as possible based on the permissions granted, I think they can detect emulators and it's not a good idea. but they shouldn't be able to access anything related to your SIM card

TikTok reads your sim or ip so you only need to have one to the country you want to target. If you're using a VPN remove the sim from the phone.

Use Nox instead. Although I don't do tiktok anymore but even 6 months back Nox with 4g proxy worked like a charm on Tiktok and Tinder.
