Both:
1. Start with SIM card, check if it's giving you videos from USA in audience, do not check FYP! It's missleading
2. If no working, introduce proxies or small VPN. But becareful, TikTok is detecting them programaticaly, so you need to cheat TikTok app. On this step I will not help in public
3. Warm up! It must take not 1 day, not 2 days, but 5-7 days. Scroll, follow, search in niche 20 minutes / day for 5-7 days. Also change your profile picture on day 2
4. After warm up, publish first video
