I had a Facebook page that was doing very well. X,XXX link clicks per post. They updated my page to the new page type and limited me from posting until I verified my identity. I did so.. page reach still dead. If I'm lucky i get 50 clicks per post. Sometimes just 2 or 3. Unreal.

I am facing same kind of issue. Even tried advert too, and same thing happened. I used to get a lot of clicks and now after the update everything turned down. If there's any update on your side, please let me know.

I will. My guess. FB just killed the page. This has happened many times for me. They just turn off the switch and no one who liked your page or joined your group sees anything anymore. I have never once been able to fix it.

Its not a new page. It's the type of page that FB converted all pages to.

Most probably the account is in zombie mode. It's neither active nor banned. All you can do is wait. It's a shadow ban.

That bites, could take a while to get back to where it used to be, if lucky. Otherwise, you're probably better off weighing you options and restarting with a new page. Check your connection environment too though, maybe your IPs are not up to par or your content is somehow tripping up the algo.

What page are you using?

You can also refer to more stable pages on Marketplace, with the current situation I think you should look for 'green tick' pages, it will help you a lot in the present time.

It's my personal IP address. It's the page for my business not spammed or anything. it's definitely in "zombie" mode or whatever. They blocked me and until i verified my identity and even when I did, they never unblocked me. It's possible that it takes time to go back but I highly doubt it.

That's why you have always to try to save your audience to another place beside FB
I hope you collected some emails from those clicks by now and you can still market to them via email.

Yes FB is not even close to my primary traffic source but it's still annoying. Email marketing is also complicated so its best to try and contact people from multiple points.

They sign up from my website over years. The page is from 2016. It just died once they moved me to the new page type and had me provide id.

you should try to appeal the account, they sometimes have tricks to get your page removed from the ad restriction

It's really annoying. I just hope it won't happen to me, as my pages are very instrumental in bringing massive traffic. Are you located in the EU or the US? Because FB may crack down on some countries, specifically, in their usual "blind-targeting mode".
