Right now I feel like some progress has been made from bouncing around searching for viable methods, 1-2 step BS has failed on me big time. I dont want some flash in the pan money either, so I had been seeking some good evergreen methods.

I have basic wordpress skills and enough lifetime licenses I feel I can operate in case a private contractor gets sick or something, Im striving for 5 stars before the site is even up (if the provider offers 2 revisions, Ill do a 3rd before I refund the client). I bought a license here and there and before you know it I got a bunch. Theres always another tool to get.

Ill guarantee the work with something like a total satifaction guarantee. Oh and dont forget funds to fullfill the orders!

-GMB & Site will be based around my locality ________ Digital Marketing .com (secured).
-Outreach tools, check (Email/GSA/AutoGPT) + calender software
-Contacted WP dev's from India

Website wise Im looking at the themes, I think Ill get something basic with 3 package tiers.

*Note: I have a B.S./Bachelors in Management which I think will be a good selling point, having a business degree. Sales skills are huge, but lucky im not so scared of talking on the phone.

Plan to market mainly through outreach, some offline (business groups + business cards)(decal*) and hit up that SOI (sphere of influence).

$75-100 can get a basic WP site up, maybe even cheaper. I was going to look more into faster developing methods for myself like cloning sites, still got to look further into that. Anyways though I feel I can build on these thin content sites. Price wise I need to bill 3-5X to get some healthy profits in. Custom sites would be more, I got a portfolio Im building now to show people what I can do.

I was tempted to host some peoples sites on my perpetual Cpanel, but I dont trust these LTD's fully!

Target Market: Contractors because I dont need gatekeepers

From a hosting perspective, you can host or lease (R&R), then charge maintenance for backups. I think the addon services like content, backlink packages and so on could bring in a pretty penny in the lifetime value of the customers. Hostgator not only has reseller accounts, but they pay decent for their affiliate program once you get to scale.

Not sure why I made a LLC as Im told they get double taxed, but S Corps come with their own trouble as far as them not being like single member LLCs, you have to handle quarterlies and such (Im no accountant/cpa/lawyer). Im hiring an accountant/Tax Prep ASAP. Got to drop a couple thousand, but an office and some capital could lead to bigger and better things. Want to access business credit and do some wholesale to retail until I scale the agency.

Launching soon, will update this later. Everythings planned out, but I need to get it running before long.

So I moved this over to the Journey’s section. Feel free to update whenever you get the chance and good luck with your journey!
