They were able to lock and withhold US dollar balances as well so not much difference
Except now we can see what they're doing on the public blockchain

from what i can see, its erc20, and no matter what experience we have with paypal, it shouldnt affect the coin
i would rather trust paypal that their coin is really 1:1 backed up than any other smaller company, they have way more to lose by lying about that

they have noticed throughout the years, their competition has grew in both numbers & being succesful; their customers are leaving.
