Ripping content for TikTok

Has anyone had any success with gathering videos from around the internet and reuploading to tiktok? I've tried this with podcast clips, animations, interviews etc and the views seem to get stuck around the 200 mark.

But I see other accounts doing similar things and receiving 100k+ views

Any ideas on how to make content more unique so TikTok will boost it?

Make videos unique.
Views getting stuck is shadowban.

Blindly re-upload is not gonna get you anywhere.
Change length, audio, speed, apply filters, remove Metadata.

Make best thumbnails.
Also important is from where you upload.
PC or phone.
Android or iPhone. Tiktok loves iPhone more.
Upload from pc gets you alot less views.
Another thing, VPN or proxy, your IP.

Test test test.
Tiktok algorithm is random.

Two TikTok videos uploaded on one of my CPA YouTube accounts got a decent amount of views

Keep trying re-upload popular YouTube short + edit, til 100 videos then post again the result here.

Not reuploading clips, right now using all unique content that I recorded to promote a product. I guess I gotta keep pushing.

That's better, but as we know big creators also "repurpose" their content, not literally re-upload but add some tweaks or intro, etc.

I had success ripping content from youtube shorts and uploading to tiktok,
i was making sure i am getting the videos from unknown youtube channels

Try to change the video if you are reuploading itas it is it will get always limited, if you being uploading content for one week and still the same is definitely a shadow ban and try with a new account but changin a little bit the videos.
