Hello forum. Today I received strange messages on all my Google ads accounts, it says that my accounts may have been hacked, although I have two-factor authentication and SMS confirmation. Who got the same message? Maybe it's phishing?

Messages were sent from [email protected]

It is a phishing email. The phisher has spoofed the sender's email address making it to appear as a Google's official email address.

The content of the email looks like it was written by a 10 year old child ! the funniest part is no 3

Can you explain how that works for the receiver to see an official google email address as the sender?

KEKW, you actually thought this is serious e-mail? Dude..
I wanted to make sure, it seemed strange to me that the letter was sent from an official email

Just make sure to check all mail headers and not just a sender's name. Every mail client including those web-based (gmail, outlook, proton, etc.) have such option. Check this message I've supposedly got from service[at]amazon.com and then check email address.

The email does not look as official as it seems, it is most likely a fake email that is trying to get your information be careful.

Email spoofing is the creation of email messages with a forged sender address. How it works ? I do not know and how it works, is also out of the scope of BHW.
You can Google search "What is email spoofing" and read articles to know further about it.
And please be alert about phishing, because in the best of best cases, victims have also ended up getting their underwear(s) ripped apart (explaining this part also is out of scope of BHW).
