Don't know about RankerX. But GSA's indexers are the same as their captcha breakers, good for nothing.

I don't like gsa indxer
I prefer gsa search engine ranker.
Make shitload of links with it.
Ur url will be indexed within 1 week high chances

If You want to create a mass of backlinks as tier2 in order to index tier1 then GSA is definitely a better choice - You can get links from comments and guestbooks there.
RankerX, in my opinion, is not suitable for this, links from web 2.0 or profiles it sets up, 90% of them do not index themselves, it will not give You anything.

You can use GSA SER to build mass blog comments on spam free pages with low outbound links in order to help index tiered links. Would not do it directly to money site though
